At Growing Your Nest, I offer handcrafted birth and postpartum services tailored to your body, your preferences, and your values. From private prenatal coaching to gentle postpartum care, every moment is curated to help you feel seen supported, and sovereign in your journey to parenthood.
1. Prenatal Phase (Weeks 1-40)
Initial Consultation and Birth Vision
- One-on-one intake session (virtual)
- Deep dive into birth preferences, fears, hopes, and help choosing a provider
- Custom birth plan creation
Ongoing Pregnancy Support
- Monthly prenatal coaching (increasing to weekly in final trimester if desired)
- Private in-home childbirth education (tailored to your birth philosophy: unmedicated, medicated, VBAC, etc.)
- Nutrition counseling and education regarding supplements
- Virtual support in early/active labor (I will help you determine when to go to the hospital or have midwife come to your home)
- Recipes for postpartum meals
- My favorites for pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum
2. Postpartum Phase (0-6weeks)
Immediate Postpartum Support
- Available virtually the first 24-48 hours for doula support (feeding support, sleep guidance, emotional check-in, and referrals for lactation, counseling, etc)
- 1 in-home postpartum care day (6 hours)
- Postpartum debrief of labor and birth
- Referrals for lactation, counseling, postpartum food services, etc
Full Package: $1000
Al a Carte: $50/hour
Growing Your Nest offers bespoke, holistic pregnancy, prepping for labor, and postpartum services designed to support you in building a strong, nourishing foundation for birth and parenthood. With gentle guidance, ancestral wisdom, and intuitive care, I will walk beside you as you build your nest.
